Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the service to break the law or to store data you have no right to store.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the service or other users’ data.
• Attempt to access another household’s data, tokens, or account.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or place unreasonable load on the service, or resell it without permission.
• Use Sterling or any feature to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Send spam or misuse the household email/bill-forwarding address.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
